INFORMATION CLAUSE ON PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

In connection with the implementation of the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016, on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and the repeal of Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation “GDPR”), we would like to inform you about the principles of processing your personal data and your rights related thereto.

The following rules apply starting November 15, 2023.

The controller of your personal data is True Self True Me Ltd, Craven House, 40-44 Uxbridge Road, London W5 2BS.

If you have questions about the manner and scope of the processing of your personal data within the scope of True Self True Me Ltd’s operations, as well as your rights, you may contact the Personal Data Administrator at True Self True Me Ltd via [email protected].

The controller shall process your personal data on the basis of applicable laws, concluded contracts, and on the basis of your consent.

Your personal data is processed for the following purposes:

(a) To fulfill the legal obligations of True Self True Me Ltd;

(b) Performance of contracts entered into with contractors of True Self True Me Ltd;

(c) In other cases, your personal data is processed only on the basis of your previously granted consent within the scope and purpose specified in the content of the consent.

In connection with the processing of data for the purposes referred to in point 4, the recipients of your personal data may be:

(a) Entities performing tasks to the extent and for the purposes that result from the provisions of generally applicable law;

(b) Other entities that, on the basis of relevant contracts signed with True Self True Me Ltd, process personal data for which True Self True Me Ltd is the Administrator.

Your personal data will be stored for the period necessary to achieve the purposes specified in point 4, and thereafter for the period and to the extent required by generally applicable law.

In connection with the processing of your personal data, you have the following rights:

(a) The right of access to personal data, including the right to obtain a copy of such data;

(b) The right to request rectification (amendment) of personal data – in case the data is incorrect or incomplete;

(c) The right to request erasure of personal data (the so-called right to be forgotten), in the event that:

– The data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or otherwise processed,

– The data subject has objected to the processing of personal data,
